Samoli bread:
Named after its African creator Issa Al-Somali, is a staple in Saudi breakfast culture, originating from a bakery in Jeddah about 60 years ago. Despite the original bakery's disappearance, Samoli's legacy lives on. It's a cylindrical bread, akin to a French baguette but about a span in length, known as "Samoon" in Iraq and Kuwait, symbolizing a rich culinary heritage.
